ABOUT SO YOU THINK YOU'RE READY CONFERENCE
The So You Think You're Ready Youth Conference (SYTYR) was founded in 2010 by Dr. Kevin B. Lee, also known as PK. PK and a group of committed adult workers desired to address the problems youth were facing sexually and emotionally. The goal was, during the month of February (The Love Month), invite youth to a two day conference to engage teenagers with classes/information that addressed their sexual and emotional needs.
The purpose of the SYTYR Conference is:

To holistically address the emotional, mental and physical and spiritual challenges of teenagers

To encourage parents and teenagers to participate in a commitment service

To provide an environment conducive for discussion, counseling and healing
MEET MINISTER R. TRAY
Conference Host
Rotravius "R. Tray" Burch was born in Atlanta, Ga. He accepted Jesus at the age of four. It wasn't until he was fourteen years old that he would receive his calling to preach the gospel and begin working with his youth pastor. He graduated from Southwest Dekalb High School, then Toccoa Falls College with a Bachelor in Mass Communication with a minor in Biblical Studies. He obtained a Master’s in Fine Arts from Full Sails University. Currently, he is the youth ministry at Berean Christian Church- Gwinnett, under Dr. Kevin B. Lee's leadership, where he has been youth pastoring for over ten years.
Alongside Dr. Kevin's leadership and guidance, Minister Tray was able to bring a dynamic interacting play to the SYTYR conference as well energetic and high-powered speakers who can meet teenagers where they are and related. His vision for the conference's purpose is to correct the foundational elements of hurting teenagers seeking negative options to stop the pain.
